Anyone else watching the news right now? There is a Jet Blue plane Flight 292 from Burbank to NY that is circling over L.A. right now with the nose landing gear stuck sideways. I'm no expert but I don't think this is going to end well.

Edit: What a great landing by that pilot! The front tire caught fire, but it fell off and everything is fine.

Apparently, the same thing happened to an America West flight a few years ago and the plane also landed safely. It has also happened at least 3 other times to the same type of plane. Airbus will undoubtedly be investgating this & perhaps be doing more than issuing a service bulletin this time.
