When you combine a War on Drugs that hasn't been won, and a War on Terror that hasn't been won, you get this:

This is what happens when you don't send enough people to control more than a small area of a country.

But in more positive news, with the supply of heroin going up, prices will surely go down! There has never been a better time to start doing heroin!
