Editorial Reviews:

Since earliest times, human beings have pondered the incomprehensible questions of the universe, life . . . and the afterlife. Where did mortal man go to join the immortal Gods? Was the immense and complex structure at Giza an Egyptian Pharaoh's portal to immortality? Or a pulsating beacon built by extraterrestrials for landing on Earth?

In this second volume of his trailblazing series The Earth Chronicles, Zecharia Sitchin unveils secrets of the pyramids and hidden clues from ancient times to reveal a grand forgery on which established Egyptology is founded, and takes the reader to the Spaceport and Landing Place of the Anunnaki gods—"Those Who from Heaven to Earth Came."

Summary: Stairway to Heaven by Zacharia - Not Zeppelin
Comment: This book primarily covers man's quest to achieve immortality from the "gods". Sitchin, as in Book I, compares and contrasts archaeological findings, the Bible, writings of historians throughout the ages and mythology to formulate his conclusions. It is hard to believe as coincidence that every civilization in every age had the identical tale to the Sumerican king, Gilgamesh.

And where did Gilgamesh's journey take him to speak to the "gods"? The evidence seems to point to a spaceport where the "gods" travelled from earth to the heavens. The arguments are more than convincing, and the drawings, geometric measurements and descriptions of these places - Giza, Heliopolis, Mt. Ararat - are hard to ignore.

The history of Earth in our currently accepted paradigm is very problematic and not really credible. Sitchin certainly got my attention with the Earth Chronicle series.

Summary: Nobody is a good as Zecharia Sitchin
Comment: Zecharia Sitchin is the light on the top of the mountain. He created the whole thing. He is the godfather of this amazing journey!
Collins and Icke told us how bad and vicious are the Anunnaki. Zecharia Sitchin and Maximillien de Lafayette told us how good and benevolent are the Anunnaki. All of them wrote tons of books. They must know something.
Sitchin is great, he gives us an unprecedented chronology of the Anunnaki. Lafayette describes the habitat, and life of the Anunnaki on Nibiru, and their agenda for the human race. Each one has a way in doing so. However, both agree that we were created by the Anunnaki from chunks of clay.
Icke is determined to show how dangerous the Anunnaki are. His arguments are fairy tales but quite interesting. He has something there.
I don't know about Collins. He is serious but has strange ideas.
I read four books by Sitchin. Each one better than the other.
However The Stairway to Heavens, and the Twelve Planet are the best so far!

Summary: Food for your brain
Comment:
I am a fanatic reader of Zecharia Sitchin and Maximillien de Lafayette. Two great writers who knew very well how to present a theme with intelligence and depth.
You read their books and your brain starts to analyze things you never knew they existed outside traditional science.
Sure many of Sitchin's claims cannot be proven. Sure some of Lafayette's new presentation on the Anunnaki and their representative the Ulema is beyond our comprehension. But at least, they make us think and rethink delicate and vital issues RELIGION avoids at all costs.
