Summary: Pretty Good
Comment: This is not one of the toughest, or best workouts I've ever done, but it is a good workout when you don't have a lot of time! The aerobic part is only 25 min. long, but it gets the heart pumping! It's a little hard to follow, but when you've done it as many times as I have, things just sort of fall in place! I don't follow it exactly, when she does some of the "dancy" moves, I just keep doing step/kick/etc. moves.

Comment: This tape demonstrates inconsistent, somewhat confusing choreography and poor cueing. The aerobic level is easy, suitable for beginners or for intermediate exercizers to alternate with genuinely challenging tapes. The pace is quite slow.I am not sure Denise can ever be forgiven for her "cutesy" presentation. "Wiggle, wiggle, swim", y'all!

Comment: No consistency what so ever! The music was unbearalbe. The constant whistle in the backround was enough to drive me crazy. Her over-exaggerated giddiness puts me in a bad mood. The tape has completely turned me off to anything Denis Austin does. I will never buy one of her tapes again!! I wouldn't even GIVE it to a friend.

Summary: DID DENISE MAKE THIS UP AS SHE WENT ALONG?
Comment: THIS VIDEO REALLY WASN'T DENISE'S BEST. I USUALLY LOVE DENISE AUSTIN, BUT THIS SEEMED A LITTLE UNREHEARSED. IT'S INCONSISTENT AND THUS, HARD TO FOLLOW. ONE MINUTE THERE ARE SETS OF FOUR AND THEN ONE, THEN THREE. CONVERSLY, SHE DOES WORK YOUR BUTT OFF AND AFTER MUCH PRACTICE, IT CAN BE FOLLOWED...
