Comment: Although I bought this tape online with the intention of using it for cardio, the dancing is a little fast for me but it's an entertaining tape that gets you moving.
Just wanted to note, this is a tape from 1988, not 1995. There is a typo if anyone's noticed about the year this tape was made.

Summary: Great starter exercise video!
Comment: I used this tape for years before moving on to more advanced tapes. The choreography is kind of old-fashioned, but remains fun. It's only 20 minutes long and easy to learn. The instructor is cute and upbeat without being cloying. I still return to it occasionally on low-energy days. Since it's low-impact, there are no worries about overdoing it. Definitely recommended.

Comment: This video is full of energy! If you like to dance, you will love this workout video. You don't even feel as if you are working out. The music is upbeat as well as the instructor. It is wonderful for someone who is having a problem with working out every day. You can even take a few steps away with you, too!
