Summary: My Husband and I Still Use this (3 years later)
Comment: This was one of the first videos I bought when I began my weight loss and exercize plan. My husband (who's in great shape) and I still use it three years later. We get it out about once a week or whenever our other workouts don't include abs. There are four great ab workouts and we like the one that's billed the most difficult -- and trust me (I do abs daily), it's difficult. We love it. I bought Abs of Steel and Buns of Steel and have only used them a few times. For a fun workout we always go back to Denise Austin's ab workout.

Summary: I Love Rock Hard Abs!
Comment: This is a wonderful video for getting your abs in the best shape ever! Denise Austin is a wonderful trainer, and she is fun to work out with. With the 3 different segments on toning your abs, and one on getting your back in shape, you're bound to get a beautiful belly! I try to do one 10 minute segment 5 days a week, and my abs have never looked better! This really works, and it isn't too hard to do. Thank you, Denise!

Comment: This is a fabulous tape. Each workout is only 10 minutes, so whatever your fitness level, you can do anything if you know it's only 10 minutes. I had 2 babies within 2 years, and even though my youngest is a year old, I still looked pregnant. So I got this tape, and within one week of doing a segment every other day, I can begin to see where my waist used to be, and will be again. Admittedly, I'm not a great fan of Denise Austin, but this tape has great moves, and only about three "Give 110%"s. I highly recommend it.

Comment: This is a great video because there are 4 routines, so you really feel like you get your money's worth. The routines DO make a difference. There is a nice variety in the excercises, including "classic abs," "non-stop abs," "isometric abs," and a "healthy back" routine.

Summary: Simple, yet effective abdominal workouts for all levels.
Comment: This tape is good for those who can spare 10 minutes each day to work on their abdominals, while learning the basics of good form and pace. From beginners to advanced participants, it provides enough intensity to make a real difference. What I liked most about this video is the chance to mix and match the ab routines; I can go longer one day (20-30mins.), or do the minimum the next (10mins.). The isometric portion was a bit slow, but it made me aware that exercising abs can be done anywhere, anytime.
