Earth's warriors, Krillin, Tien, Chiaotzu and Yamcha, are training at Kami's shrine . They get frustrated since Kami doesn't teach them anything. Mr. Popo tells them that they should know themselves and their enemy to become stronger and defeat the enemy. Mr. Popo sends their spirits to the virtual reality of the Pendulum Room. The warriors experience the awesome reality of the overwhelming power of the Saiyans there, but they learn that the two Saiyans who are reaching Earth are twice as strong! Gohan is continuing his training under Piccolo. One night, Gohan suddenly transforms to a giant ape again and attacks Piccolo! Piccolo finds out that a moon is projected from the Saiyan space pod in which Goku traveled from the planet Vegeta a long time ago. Piccolo has to destroy the pod before Gohan destroys him! Meanwhile, Goku finally reaches King Kai's small planet at the end of Snake Way. There, Goku finds that the gravity of the planet is ten times stronger than that of Earth! After Goku passes King Kai's test the training begins!

Comment: i like this anime movie, it has alot of action and the story line is great. i have bought this movie, along with many other Dragon ball Z movies, and i like this one alot.

Comment: this time goku goes all out. an action packed film that keeps you on the edge of your seat. i give it a sure 5 stars.

Comment: I give it really 6 stars, but Amazon wont go over 5 stars. I say Volume 4 ROCKS, like I say with all DBZ movies, but I'll say it over and over to prove my point!
