Two great artists collaborate to create an experience that combines the sounds of nature with the work of the world's greatest composers, including Pachelbel's Canon, Bach's Air and Debussy's Reverie. Instrumentation includes keyboards.

Customer Rating: Summary: A life saver Comment: I went through hell and back on a number of occasions during adolescents. When things got really bad, I would put this CD on and hope for the distraction. It worked almost every time. To this day, nothing puts me at ease more than this CD. It was a life saver, literally.
Customer Rating: Summary: Nature meets Symphony Comment: This is one of the best couplings of nature sounds & man-made music I've ever heard. Neither overpowers the other. Very soothing and able to "take you there" when you need to be "away from here."
Customer Rating: Summary: Excellent Comment: I bought this CD in 1991 and have loved it and played it often over the years, so often in fact it finally scratched and I now have to replace my copy.
Customer Rating: Summary: Gread meditation/relaxation CD! Comment: I love most of Dan Gibson's works but I enjoy this one as background noise for my baby girl as she goes to sleep. The best thing is the the music is played on traditional instruments and not some cheesy electric synthesizer. That makes a huge difference. The last track is nothing but tranquil ocean waves which I loop for myself when I need help going to sleep. Crystal clear sounds and fantastic music. One of Dan Gibson's best.
Customer Rating: Summary: relax Comment: This is great for relaxation and reflection. Nearly anyone will recognize and be familiar with the music - that makes this a special presentation. The only one that is better is the Strauss version which is virtually mouth watering it's so good.
