Office 2000 lets you use your intranet to its fullest productivity potential--every application lets you automatically save your document as an HTML file for quick and easy file sharing. Some of the most useful items in Office 2000 are the Web Discussions feature, which lets you insert online discussions into any Office document; the automatic notification feature, which lets you know when changes are made to any document; and the ability to e-mail any Office document directly from within its application.
