Ever find yourself trying to print a web page that looks great on screen, but when you print it via the browser lines are running off the page or fonts are all screwed up? Ever visit multiple web pages while doing research and you want to easily create a single aggregated document containing all the content from the pages you found useful? If so, this software is what you need.
I have used this software since 1999 when it came free with a Canon printer I bought. I bought a few copies when I heard it was discontinued so I would have a backup for myself and some copies for friends. I would often have the problem of lines running off the printed page, especially when printing pages or blog entries that contain source code examples and the like. These problems were solved with this piece of software.
This software will properly print even the most stubborn web pages that your browser will fail miserably on when trying to print. You can easily collect one or more web pages and have this software automatically fetch nested pages making it great for quickly assembling all the associated pages from HTML documentation, Javadoc, or an entire web site. You can apply different styles and print as multiple columns providing convenience and saving lots of paper. This software is now over 8 years old but I still use it frequently (just used it a few minutes ago in fact). Not sure why Canon let this great little piece of software die!?
BTW seems to still work fine on Vista though I had to run setup.exe manually from the CD when autorun failed. I have also used it on Win 98/2000/xp with no issues.
