Summary: Not the exact same product as featured.
Comment: While I have the original Garden Song feeder, one of my feeders broke(due to me dropping it) therefore ordered a replacement which looks like the same online but once I received it, the glass part is not smooth and round like the originals or as shown in the picture so it doesn't match the others.
Will probably still use it but not pleased that it doesn't match.

Comment: This product was a disapointment.
The item appears to be a good stable feeder.
But, the feeder did not even survive one season.
The attachment between the bulb and the hanger is unstable. This resulted in the total distruction of this product before the season was over. The new Opus design does not allow the ring to pass through the glass. The result is a split ring. The material the ring is made of is to soft (ie aluminum.) The ring lacks durability, and allows the bulb to fall unexpectedly.
I liked the thickness of the new ring, it just needs to pass through the glass.

Summary: Great feeder .......... Ooops .......... No parts available!
Comment: I really like this feeder and have used it for years. I broke one of the caps and when I contacted the manufacturer all they said was no parts available .............. They suggested going to Perky-Pet and buying a whole new feeder. What sort of company suggests you go to another company to get something they produce also. Pretty Sad!

Summary: Great Hummingbird Feeder
Comment: This is a great hummingbird feeder. We have so many hummingbirds in the southwest, and this feeder is simple, aesthetically pleasing, and functional. The Opus product we received was the strawberry shaped feeder, not the Opus egg-shaped feeder we were replacing. But it's beautiful.

Summary: I can't believe these reviews!
Comment: We had the "single" feeder for quite a while when we decided to get the "3-tier" hanging metal version. We love it, and have had it for maybe five years now. Granted, the plastic bottom on one of them is thinned and stretched to the point where it doesn't fit as well as it did when it was new. But $7 over that period is trivial compared to watching these beautiful birds zipping around the feeder at dawn and dusk. I'm buying a replacement today, and I expect it will last another five years. (I'm keeping the glass part as backup, in case I drop one some day.)
Also, I have a few comments for earlier reviewers: A metal bottom would rust and a glass bottom would either crack or not tighten properly. The glass is clear so you can see how full they are! That's assuming you buy the red liquid - they sell a clear instant power version, but then you can't tell if it's empty from any distance. We've had LOTS of different feeders and these are the only ones that the birds can't get into. Bees, however, are a problem when the weather begins to cool off here in the dessert, but I'm working on that...
