Summary: VIENNAFEST A FEAST FOR THE EARS!
Comment: Erich Kunzel is the baton and the heart of the Cincinnati Pops. I am fortunate enough to live in the Cincinnati area and have seen and heard the Pops in person. It is an awesome experience. However, if you cannot get to Cincinnati or to one of his on-tour performances, the Telarc CDs are as close to live as you can get! Viennafest is no exception. The care that is so evident on every Cincinnati Pops release is meticulous. The waltzes and marches are melodious and true to the theme of the CD. I eagerly await the release of each Erich Kunzel CD--BRAVO!
