Summary: What can I say....
Comment: What can I say... other then that it is 2008, I am in my mid 20's and I still love everything about Sailor Moon. If you enjoyed watching Sailor Moon in the mornings... early 90's, then you will enjoy all the Edited VHS videos.

Summary: Memories of the best anime
Comment: Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon brings back so many memories. When I was very young and Sailor Moon first came out, I found it by fate by flipping the channels. Back then no one else watched it and it was on at 6:00 in the morning. Many years later I reunited with it and then I ordered the Japanese episodes fansubbed. The Japanese episodes were amazing. Back then their was no official distributer, so I ordered from a fansubbed distributer. The Japanese version was so different from the American version. It was completely different. I love both versions though. The English version brings back memories from my childhood while the Japanese version is uncut. It's fun comparing the episodes and seeing how much was changed. This version, however, is the edited and changed. It cuts out many scenes and makes a lot of changes. While it has changed a lot from the original Japanese version, it's great for a trip down memory lane, and brings back my childhood memories. This volume has very important episodes. This volume has many romantic moments and Serena and Darien and Usagi and Mamoru are my favorite couple ever. Many exciting events happen, and this volume is very important. It brings back memories from your childhood. The Japanese version is my favorite. I love Tuxedo Mask.

Summary: She's BAAAAAAACK, and now she's a Sailor Soldier!
Comment: This is probubly one of those VHS's that if you need a good Sailor Moon laugh, pop it into the VCR. "Back From the Future" is a hilarious video that has the return of Chibi-Usa (Rini) as a Sailor Soldier, Sailor Chibi (Mini) Moon! (I love how in the dub, in the end of the first epiosde, Serena (Usagi) calls Rini a "Mini Brat"! Funny!^_^)
A must see episode is the second one when Serena, Darien and Chibi-Usa are invited by Michelle and Amara (Michiru and Haruka) to come to a Tea House for (to Serena's surprise, it's a tea seremony!!) She makes a total idiot out of herself in this episode, and laugh, oh I couldn't stop! ^_^
The third episode focuses on Lita (Makoto), when she feels she needs to become stronger and goes for special training. Serena's funny in this one to when all she can think of is going to a big hotel and hang out with Darien.
Back From the Future is great. 5 stars all the way, and friends, the sub's good, but don't keep dising the dub. It's just as good. Gotta' love Serena's new "yodaling" voice. It's sooooo funny! ^_^

Summary: Subtitled all the Way
Comment: Up to this time, all I'd been watching was the dub. Which is good, in its own right. (The only exception being Serena's voice, and, since all I could buy at that point was dubbed and edited, I had to suffer with Amara and Michelle (stupid names), being cousins). Then, I saw the subtitled. Believe me, it is so much better than the dubbed, it's not funny.

The first episode was great, since Chibi Moon is my fave Sailor Senshi. Unfortunately, poor Chibi Moon's only attack at this point doesn't work well.

The second episode was another Chibi-usa episode. Whoever that kid was in the beginning, showing Chibi-usa his little elephant, I would punish him.

The third episode? A Mako-chan episode. I'm not really a huge fan of her, but this was an episode I had wanted to see. I wasn't disappointed.

Overall, the subtitled is, and will always be, much better than the English dubbed. So, you have your choice, but please, pick the better SM.
