Comment: Natural Health Magazine is a bit heavy on the advertisements, but otherwise it is a fantastic magazine! Had this magazine had a bit more content then I would have given it a 5 star rating.
I love the articles, which keep one current on the latest health issues that are relevant for today's fast paced world. Plus the articles are fun to read and aren't too long for the busy person who doesn't have a lot of time to do a lot of reading, but still wants to keep current on being healthy.
There are also some good recipes in each issue and they all seem/sound divine. I have tried a few of the recipes and enjoyed making and eating the ones I've tried so far.

Summary: Attractive, Inspiring and Thought-Provoking
Comment: I love the holistic approach of this magazine. It deals with personal physical and emotional health as well as dealing with wider issues like sustainable practices. For someone who strives to live a healthy lifestyle and also have a positive impact on their community and the world, this is the perfect magazine.
In a practical sense, I find the product reviews very useful. It's nice to have a trusted source to help me navigate the many new "natural" products on the market.
One last thing: it's beautiful to look at and inspiring. I love looking at all the attractively photographed food, it makes me feel like cooking! Same goes for the exercise photos. Well, those make me feel like exercising, not cooking.

Comment: I love this magazine! It's one of the few magazines I actually read cover to cover. Every issue is full of articles on natural health and beauty. The magazine seems geared mostly towards women. I highly recommend it for those looking for healthy, more natural solutions in their lives.
