Summary: My Daily Carry
Comment: I carry this knife with me on a daily basis. Unless you are a military commando, samurai warrior, or perhaps an avid hunter, it is probably the perfect size for 100% of your pocket knife needs. It sits in your pocket in such a way that when you draw the knife it is in the perfect position to grasp & flick it open with one hand. There is no need to reorient it before opening. The action feels great, and when you're ready to close it you can simply articulate the Arc-Lock with your index finger and flick it closed with one hand. I'm addicted to flicking it open/closed/open/closed/open... The Zytel handle feels great too. It's not slippery and almost has a plush, suede-like feel to it. I know that sounds weird, but it's true.
I like that the clip allows the knife sit all the way in my pocket without the tip of the handle exposed. However, as another reviewer mentioned, the clip's funny recurve does allow it to get caught on things that may unexpectedly brush past you. Mine got caught on my shoulder bag a few times and I thought I lost it only to find it hanging from the luggage strap on the bag. That bag finally succeeded in pick-pocketing the knife and I lost it for good. I imediately bought another Mini X-Ray and changed my shoulder bag...I like the knife that much.
I gave my second beloved knife away to one of my buddies (I would only do this for a GOOD buddy) just before I got married and I promptly bought knife #3.
Needless to say, I will not go any great length of time without owning this knife.

Comment: I carry this knife everyday and find it very useful for all jobs. The knife keeps a sharp edge and the design makes it easy to open and close.
I really like this knife and will likely buy this brand again.

Comment: You won't find a better knife out there. I have 2 and they are great for around the house or out in the woods. Highly durable and they look great. A great gift for an outdoors person.

Summary: A nice, discrete knife
Comment: High quality, very sharp, and easy to open. It is small enough to allow you to actually carry it around. At the same time, it is large enough to be useful. If you are looking for a giant rambo knife, this is not for you. However, if you actually want to carry and use the knife, then this is for you. Keep in mind that it definitely is a razor-sharp tactical knife, so you still may not want pull it out in front of your grandma.

Comment: Wow! I absolutely love this knife. I collect knives and this is one of my favorites. It opens up very easily with one hand. The steal ATS-34 blade is extremely strong and razor sharp. Plus, the design of the blade and handle is fantastic. SOG is a great knife company!
