Comment: Useless piece of equipment. Waste of time and effort. At least for me. May is good for you. I BET you 1000$ that in very short time will end up in your closet or garage unused.

Comment: Thank heavens I bought this on sale! Worked for about 10 seconds, and that was it; no heat, no steam, nothing. Ran the troubleshooting gauntlet to no avail. Tried customer service, what a joke. It will cost more to ship it back than I paid for it, so looks like in the trash it goes. Don't waste your money, time or frustration.
