Gazpacho has become almost synonymous with summer soup because it is made from the fruits (and vegetables) of summer and usually served cold. This soup, however, is equally delicious when served hot. Our gazpacho is made using the classic Spanish recipe, which is made with tomato, cucumber, and piquillo peppers and simply flavored with garlic, vinegar, olive oil, and salt. Spaniards drink this refreshing soup from a cup on hot summer days.
