Summary: Only works well on some kinds of clear plastic
Comment: I tried this for two of our LG Chocolate phones, which scratch easily. The polishes just do not work well enough. The plastic surface of these phones are highly reflective and so even as they wear down the plastic, they leave their own scratches (yes, I used 2 and 1 after), which stand out with the high reflection.
Really need a float-in plastic sealant and scratch filler, which these are not.

Summary: Novus Plastic Polish does what it promises
Comment: I purchased a Novus Plastic Polish kit mainly to use for my many pairs of (non-prescription, non-coated) reading glasses, all with plastic lenses. The first thing I repaired, though, was my watch "crystal" (actually tough plastic), which had a big gouge in it. I started with product no. 1, which cleaned the plastic without affecting the scratch. Then I tried no. 2 but it made almost no difference. So following instructions I went on to no. 3, and after a few minutes of rubbing the scratch was almost invisible. Nobody would know it was there except me, and I'm certain I could remove every last trace if I thought it was worthwhile. I followed the no. 3 treatment with nos. 2 and 1 again, and the crystal was beautiful, like new except for the tiny area I didn't bother to spend more time with. I also tried the polishes on a couple of pairs of non-Rx reading glasses, with good results. It does what I wanted it to do, and is the first really effective, and fairly easy, way I've found to remove scratches and impart a super-slick shiny surface to damaged plastic.
The product labeled no. 1 is a super-good cleaner, and I suspect it is not abrasive at all. Each of the three products requires only a tiny bit to do its work, and there are a few lint-free wipers supplied to apply and buff with.
Highly recommended.

Summary: Perfect for Cleaning Your iPod
Comment: This stuff restored my moderately scratched iPod to almost new. Level 1 gets out all but the deepest gouges - but a lot of muscle is needed. It leaves the whole surface dull. Level 2 cleans it all up - Level 2 is all you need for moderate scratches. Level 3 makes it shine. CAUTION: the amount of pressure needed to effectively use Level 1 could cause damage to the screen. My screen is permanently darkened in one corner because I went nuts and was in a hurry.

Summary: Great Product
Comment: Ordered Novus 2oz Plasic Polish Kit through Techni-Tool's Amazon storefront. The package showed up within 2 days of the order with "standard" shipping. FYI, the product is actually (3) 2-oz bottles that all look like the #2 and #3 product; the #1 comes in the same bottle - not with the "spray" top, which doesn't make a difference to me.
I bought the product to fix my mistake of scratching the plastic that makes up the inside of the microwave door window, while cleaning it with a cleaning agent that I thought would have been more gentle. You could see through the window, but it was lightly "frosted" with scratches - preventing seeing any level of detail, like how the food was doing. I applied about 3 doses of the #2 product and it did wonders. Big mistake to make the scratches; very smart decision to buy and try this product!

Comment: I have used these polishes for a few years now and have always been amazed at how effective they are in restoring plastic surfaces back to their original condition.
Whether as a cleaner, polish or scratch remover, this stuff is absolutely fantastic and I can't recommend it enough.
