Customer Rating: Summary: Very good. Glad I tried it! Comment: I started a healthy eating program several months ago that calls for whole grain products. I tried this as an experiment and made lasagna with it this past weekend (with lean ground turkey/turkey sausage, tomatoes, low salt tomato sauce, onions, mushrooms, garlic, low fat ricotta / mozzarella cheeses and parmesgan cheese - it was actually VERY HEALTHY and it was delicious!). I was a little leery of the spinach pasta, but pleasantly surprised.
Another odd thing for me to be happy about with these noodles - they seemed to be a little bit shorter than regular pasta lasagna noodles. I really liked that because I have trouble fitting the regular lasagna noodles in my stock pot to cook them (though just by a smidge). So these fit my pot better.
