Comment: i have been using these great organic oats for a few years now. i toast them for 10 minutes in a 400° oven, then pulverize them in the blender with salt, a couple of roasted cashew nuts, and some raisins. voila! homemade oatmeal, just add liquid of choice (milk, soy milk, apple juice, etc). the flavor is fresh and complex, and infinitely better than that of any pre-made oatmeal. i used to microwave the oats for a minute or two instead of using the oven. that works, too.
