Got a funky, contoured dash that won't allow you to mount your eTrex level? Solution: suction cup mount. Stick mount to the inside of the windshield or window and snap eTrex into place. Bracket is jointed, so you can adjust to your heart's content and get the unit out of direct sunlight.

Summary: good for water sports
Comment: bought this for ocean canoeing. so far it has been great, it sticks firm to the canoe and has not come dislodged yet despite long journeys and getting bashed by seawater. recommend keeping the sucker clean and keep the gps unit tied on using it's wrist strap just in case

Comment: It works great! The mechanism is very ingenious; I've only used it a few times, but it's pretty compact and easy to get at the perfect angle. Also has the quick release which is nice.

Comment: I think garmin add ons are way to expensive for what you get, but they are designed so you have to buy them in order to use there gps.
