The fragrance is long lasting (even though I can't smell it) so I can use it alone, or with other Amazing Grace products. Wonderful product! smells like that strong perfumey powder that some people sprinkle on the carpet before vacuuming to try to cover up odors. Yuck! My husband and I are both completely naseous from it. I have reshowered, changed my clothes, and washed the blanket I had on me while watching TV for only about 1/2 an hour after putting this lotion on. I can't get away from the smell! I am about ready to go take my third shower today, otherwise I don't think that we will be able to sleep tonight.
I don't like the smell so much that it inspired me to write my first review ever on Amazon. My suggestion... smell it first in a store before purchasing to make sure you can tolerate any of the "Amazing Grace" products from Philosophy. I am a fan of many of their other products, but this one is terrible! Customer Rating: Summary: This is good, but Derma Step is still the best! Comment: I had tried all kinds of skin care systems, with different levels of success, but in the end, the Derma Step system works the best, with long standing results.
