Summary: pretty harsh shave
Comment: For the price, it's a decent electric shaver. That said though, unless using a pre-electric shave lotion, this shaver can be on the rough side, leaving some tender and irritated skin. Just personal experience, but the higher priced shavers, notably Norelco, did do a better job and were less irritating.

Summary: Powerful mower - I'll never use a cordless again
Comment: I love this razor. The trimmer is worthless and broke days after purchase but that's not the point. This razor has the cold cranking amps to mow down quickly and not get bogged down. I've tried all manner of cordless razors over the years and even with a fresh charge on a fresh battery you can't get the power and speed that a good corded razor provides. Closeness is the same as most other razors.
Why pay $60, $80, $120 or more for the ability to walk around a little? This razor gets the job done way faster and cleaner for ~$30!
Break free of the marketers spell. Go corded.

Summary: Inexpensive Shave
Comment: This shaver does a pretty good job and is much quieter than my previous shaver. It has more power than the Norelco corded shaver (which I returned to Norelco as unacceptable). I also find that the rotary shaver makes less of a mess than foil shavers (like the Braun I had that died due to the battery).
