Comment: Excellent! Buy 2 pans if you plan on making any as most recipes will make 2 dozen or more standard sized madelienes. I got perfect results with these pans, I use 'PAM for Bsking' spray instead of buttering & flouring each shell which saves time & they clean up beautifully. Wash by hand, don't put in the dishwasher. I also bought 2 of the smaller mini-madeline pans by the same manufacturer & highly recommed those as well.

Comment: Great Pan.....watch out Starbucks...(I LOVE their Madelines). Would be best to purchase 2 pans or it takes a long time with only 1. I am getting another. Julie

Comment: I've used this pan two times already and am very pleased with its performance. It is very sturdy and, even though it is not non-stick, it releases the cookies easily when properly greased. Cleanup is effortless - stick-on particles come off after a little soak. Just wipe, rinse, towel-dry and it's ready to go again. This pan makes 12 cookies, which is enough for up to 4 people. If you're planning to bake for a crowd or for gift-giving I'd recommend to purchase 2 pans.
