I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for about 5 years now. Love it! Customer Rating: Summary: Dry and Brittle Hair Comment: So I had a perm. (An actual perm- that makes your hair curly.) Then, I decided to go back to a relaxer. I know I should have gone with one that contained a similiar chemical but I didn't and I didn't care. My hair didn't fall out. I did get shedding, but nothing more than I got with the perm when it was done. The only big consequence was that my hair is what I consider dry and brittle- like how it'd look if it were overprocessed with bleach, or blow drying, or anything else. You cannot tell to look at it but I could feel the difference. I immediately went back to usung All Soft, which is what I used before the perm and it is already making a difference. If you stick with using it, you'll totally see a difference. It won't happen overnight because neither did the damage we cause to our hair, but it will happen.
