Summary: Great Spa! Great Price!
Comment: As always seller through Amazon do very well.
It arrived in a timely manner.
It was easy to set up, good instructions, barely needed them.
Very quite, lots of bubbles and plenty of soothing turbulence as a result.
The timer is just right, it's hard to stay in much longer.
Plenty warm, we keep ours at 100 degrees, that's plenty. When you feel the air bubbles they do feel cool, it a property of air touching wet skin. Even hot air feels cool. [...]We bought it for our 6 year old who has a severe double scoliosis and this spa has helped tremendously in relaxing the muscles to aid in her treatment. It does an equally fine job on her mom and dad too :)
Well worth the money, I recommend setting it up inside the garage that worked best for us and we have year round use of it.

Summary: Not this one.
Comment: Installed 8/07. Well, it is easy to put together but:
1. Holes in nylon shell do not line up properly with inflation ports in vinyl liner.
2. Power Pack/filter assembly had to be replaced because it constantly tripped the GFCI. (was still under warranty)
3. After replacement, bubbles worked for a while then not at all.
4. Noisy and loses heat very quickly when turbo did work for bubbles.
5. Nylon shell began to disintegrate. Tub was stored until spring when new shell was purchased.
6. One of the two tubes that goes from the tub to the power pack/filter became unglued, spewing water. (7/08)
7. The sun's heat (we live in eastern San Diego county - temperatures between 90 - 100 + degrees from May to October) seems to have caused the vinyl of the liner to stretch in a strange fashion causing the top ring to become lopsided.
8. Water will not remain in the filter housing chamber, even after "bleeding".
9. Uses a lot of electricity, original advertising claimed "only as much electricity as a light bulb" (this claim is not on any information any longer)
Would NOT recommend this spa.

Summary: Save Your Money A Total Waste Does Not Last A Season
Comment: Purchased this product and had problems right out the box and had to have several replacements sent with no success in keeping this working at all..5 power packs so far and it still does not work. This motor is not strong enough to cope with what its expected to do. Water does not go above 96 in cooler weather and takes a full week to get to that temp and the blower blows cold air into tub so the tub gets cold really fast. After blowing up the tub liner it distributes the air uneven and all on the one side which distorts the tub a lot and was told this is a fault they see often...not kidding! The worst customer service you could imagine and customer complaints are all over the Internet regarding this company. After replacing your part they will then demand an $89.00 fee to ship out another part. Check with the BBB and see a list of complaints regarding this company and their product. Save your money on this until they decide to bring out a larger more powerful motor this will not last a season. Great idea if it worked but I wasted $800 not to mention laying a concrete foundation to place this on and all my chemicals to use it. Funny thing I keep noticing are complaints filed on websites selling this item end up miraculously disappearing so wonder if this one will remain here and if I could give this no stars I would.

Summary: BUYER BEWARE!!
Comment: We purchased the Spa-N-A-Box nearly 2 yrs ago and have had to replace the power pack/motor at least 5 times. They offer a warranty, however, their free shipping offer for a replacement pack is only good for 30 days. We have had to pay their $89 shipping charge 3 times even though the power pack was less than 3 months old. Now I was told that the error message on our power pack we paid for shipping on just 30 days ago, En1, indicates hard water damage which is not covered under their warranty, even though this same error message appeared on a previous power pack, for which they honored their warranty even though we were forced to pay the $89 shipping fee to replace it. Refurbished power packs are $250, new packs are $450, approx. Neither work better than the other. Too much trouble and money for what you get. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Summary: Consider Before Buying
Comment: I bought this tub for our back patio in a city duplex and while set-up was easy, the weak heating/filtration system means you have to really plan your soak.
For example, if you want to soak twice in one day (or your kids, then you, etc.) the heat drops steadily once the cover is removed and will only regain 1 degree per hour ONCE THE COVER IS PUT BACK ON. To make matters worse, the blower (bubbles) drops the temp 2 degrees every fifteen minutes. If you like your water near the max temp of 104, this means you can only comfortably soak for about 15-30 minutes and you need to space your soaks about 4-6 hours apart.
Unless you really need the portability, this spa is not a very well engineered product.
The good: quick set-up, tough material.
The bad: heater only increases temp 1 degree per hour WHEN COVERED; once the cover is off, the heater cannot maintain temp which means you have a short window to soak as the water cools; with blowers on, the water temp decreases approx. 2 degrees per 15 minutes; filter insufficient for size of tub which results in frequent water changes; power cord is only 10' feet long and warranty is void if using an extension cord.
