Comment: I love this tea. It is mildly sweet. It certainly calmed my system down. I have IBS-D for 20 years. It isn't a cure and won't stop a bad attack but it relaxes the spasms and is calming. They only con that I have is that you have to let it steep for 10 minutes or more to get a good strong cup.
