Customer Rating: Summary: Good for leg cramps Comment: So I have had this product now for about a month.
I really like it. Other than the fact that it's a little bulky to travel with - it's great.
I don't use it as a back massager. I use it for my calves and feet.
After a long day at work - I set in on the floor to massage the arch of my foot. Other times - I set it up on the couch or bed and lay my leg onto it. You can put your leg pretty much right in the middle of the rotating balls and it works the muscle. Little tricker getting the side of your leg, but it can be done.
If you were like me and didn't want to spend the $$ on those huge massaging devices, and found pretty much all the other reviews on about every other product was awful.... go for this one. It's not too expensive and yes - will works great for your calves and feet.
Customer Rating: Summary: Great massaging cushion for your back and neck Comment: Good for your back and neck, good for severe muscle pains.. You feel as if someone is massaging hard with fingers..
Good gift idea too..
Customer Rating: Summary: Excellent product Comment: What an excellent product. It is bigger than expected which is great because it makes it VERY sturdy. The massagers are strong and are so great. As I used it the first time I decided that I had to write a review about this.
I totally recommend this product to anyone who needs comfort.
Customer Rating: Summary: Great on feet Comment: I bought this primarily for my feet and works great. Also good for upper back where the Homedics 400 model with heat and quad rollers don't reach. THAT kinda irritated me, as it advertised as being FULL BACK....and their intrep. of full back is only half way up....and was too much of a hassle and lost money on restocking fees to return...a monster built-into the machine, I think....I believe in truth in advertising. So with that noted, if you buy any of the full back massagers, you will indeed need to buy this and find a way to do your upper mid-back and shoulders and this thing is powerful....on my feet, one does have to learn where and at what angle to place your feet without it being uncomfortable but most foot massagers just fibrate..that's it. This 100 model really gets in deep and works on hands as well, for my peripheral neuropathy. Buy it, you will be impressed!
Customer Rating: Summary: Beware of possible cord fray Comment: I like my massage pillow so much that I keep it next to my chair and use it frequently. Once a week, however-in preparation for my house cleaner-I wrap the cord around the pillow and put it away. The other day, after owning the pillow for seven months, I flipped the switch and heard a loud pop, which coincided with a break in the electrical circuit. Upon examination, I discovered that the cord (right where it protrudes from the pillow) was frayed and had caused the short circuit. I'm very lucky that I didn't accidentally touch the frayed cord when i turned the unit on! I wonder if the weekly wrapping was the cause of the problem (although I used to do the same with a HoMedics shiatsu massager and never had a problem.) HoMedics is replacing the unit-although I had to cover the return shipping cost-and claimed that this was the first frayed cord they had heard of. I will still use my new pillow, but you can be sure that I will examine the cord thoroughly on a regular basis!
