Summary: Great fan- looks stylish and works quietly
Comment: I ordered this fan for my daughter's room(12x12). It was perfect for a smaller bedroom. very easy to use(the fan/light pulls are actually labeled!). I installed in myself in a couple of house. Directions were great. Love it!

Comment: This product just as it said it would be. It was very easy to put up too. It only takes decorative lights and at first I thought I wouldn't like that, but its PLENTY of light and it looks a lot nicer than those big bulbs that my other ceiling fans had. I will be purchasing more of these for the rest of my house.

Comment: After reading the reviews I expected to have problems with the fan - not so! A friend with expertise in electronics put up the fan without a problem (we did have to get wall screws-832-instead of wood screws that came with the fan) other than that is was a breeze - pun intended!

Summary: Very good one for the money
Comment: We live in Texas where the summer temperatures are around 100. We were looking to install fans in the bed rooms. Initially I installed one. We were happy with it. So we installed two more. I would have give 5 stars if it were not for some minor problems like it is a bit wobbly and occasionally makes some sound. Over all very nice one for the money. It has both summer and winter settings. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Comment: I had to remove a 52 inch fan to install this one. This fan fits the room better(10 X 10). It looks very classy for the price. I have no unwanted noise. But personally I like a little white noise. My alarm clock has about 6 different background noises. The fan is so quiet I may still have to use the sound machine. As for the lights they have the small sockets. They are kind of like Christmas light size. With a max of 60 watt. Since I installed the light in the bedroom I don't need max brightness. And if I am right I could get some cool colors, you know to spice up my........
