Summary: Very happy with this
Comment: This is a well-designed product. After using it for a few months I got a few for my family members for Christmas and they all like it.

It's suprisingly brighter than other LED flashlights I own. It has four modes: bright, dim, strobe, and momentary (though I almost never use anything other than bright). The rubber's started to come off the keychain hole after a few years of banging around in my pocket. The batteries last a pretty long time, though after they die you need to get the right replacement. I tried ordering some on eBay and they were either a different model or just crap, because the beam was very dim with them.

The light does often get turned on by accident in my pocket, though I'm not sure what else they would have done to change this. A slide switch, I guess...

But I'd rather have a light that's easy to turn on by accident than one that's hard to turn on when I want it.

Summary: Great key chain light!
Comment: The Inova Microlight has been a handy light-weight key chain light. It's on/off button occasionally gets pressed in my pocket, but it's no big deal because the battery is very efficient. I love it's diminutive size and strobe feature. The light's bright enough for finding lost stuff at the movie theater, but not too bright too kill your night vision. I'd buy it again!

Summary: Poor switch design ruins an otherwise great product
Comment: Lightweight, surprisingly bright for their size and really handy, thse lights would be a great buy if they didn't suffer from one fatal flaw: their switches appear to be very poorly designed or constructed.

I purchaced three of these for stocking stuffers in addition to one for myself. One has already died due to a stuck 'on' switch. Mine seems to turn on if it's breathed on (VERY sensitive switch). So we're batting .500 with less than one month's use.

As such, I cannot recommend these minilights.

Summary: Ouch!
Comment: Purchased this item because it was the highest rated Microlight. A microlight doesn't do you much good if it keeps turning itself on in your pocket. Very disappointed in this item. It constantly turned itself on and ran down the battery, even when kept in an external (loose) coat pocket. If it doesn't have battery power when you need it, it's pretty much useless.

Summary: New model requires button be held
Comment: I had an older Inova keychain light from a while back, so I bought this after my older one started showing a considerable amount of wear and tear on the rubber button. The new one forces you to keep the button depressed to use the light, which makes the product nearly useless as it's not an easy button to keep depressed. I ended up swapping out the innards of my old light into the new case, but this'll be the last Inova keychain flashlight I own.
