Customer Rating: Summary: Great for what it is Comment: I bought this on a whim, and let me tell you best thing i have done for my psp. the grips are addjustable and it helps slid it into your pocket it has a screen protector!, and a tv stand. the only problem i have with this is the fact i cant plug in head phones so i got a screw driver hot and melted a hole in the bottom for them and that problem was fixed also the slim psp was a bit loose in the case no a big deal a little electric tape o nthe top hinges and it stays perfectly still great product highly reccomended. Customer Rating: Summary: As advertised... Comment: Durable cover with solid grips. Great for kids/adults with bigger hands...definitely makes gameplay more comfortable. Plus, it protects the screen and backside (in case you're a bit clumsy). Customer Rating: Summary: Comfort Grips have one major flaw Comment: I can't believe this product was released as it is. They took what would have been a near perfect, probably a 4 star (I rarely give 5) item and lessened it dramatically by not allowing access to the headphones / AV out jack. I knew this would be something of an issue when I ordered it thanks to a previous post on this product. However, they failed to mention that it was completely inaccessible. I made sure I had L shaped connector on my headphones as was advised by previous poster on this product but when I received my Comfort Grips and inserted my PSP the headphone jack (which also doubles as the AV jack) is completely blocked and the external speakers on a PSP are not very loud. The one consideration here is I have a slim PSP2000 - I do not know if this makes a difference in the accessibility to the headphone jack or not. If you don't use headphones this would be a great item for you or maybe the L shaped headphone connector caveat is applicable to the original PSP models which would also make this a good item. For me, with a slim PSP and my headphone jack completely blocked off this only gets 2 stars and sends me back to the shopping cart :( Customer Rating: Summary: Works great!!! Comment: Bought these for my son and husband to use with their PSPs. It works great for protecting the screen. The only downfall is that you can't plug headphones into PSP while grips are on. My husband just "modified" his a bit with a drill and now he can plug his headphones in while grips are on. A/C cord will fit while grips are on without modification. Stand on the back works well when watching movies. Grips on side make holding PSP for long periods of time more comfortable. Depending on what you have for a carrying case for the PSP, it may not fit with the grips on. We bought bigger cases that hold games and UMD in addition to the PSP and we can leave the grips on while storing inside case. Would recommend this product to anyone with a PSP. Customer Rating: Summary: Lasts a long time, works great Comment: I've had my grips for 8 months. They still look and work great. I can't even imagine using my PSP without them anymore as they are so comfortable and convenient.
It's so sad how hard it is to find a pair of these - I looked them up because I showed them to a friend of mine who after trying them for a few minutes immediately decided to buy a set.
This is a quality product that greatly enhances and protects the PSP with HARD plastic (not like the soft covers that won't protect against dings, dents and hard scratches). I love mine and recommend you get a pair if you have larger than child-like hands and like to protect your gadgets as much as possible.
If you find a pair, get them now before they're gone forever.
