Summary: Great tool for developing Windows and Web applications
Comment: This tool is a must have for any web applications and windows applications developers. It provides everything neccessary to build great products and it is very intuitive. I am a seasoned developer and I find a lot of the shortcuts, rad developments, and intellisense quite helpful. The .NET framework also save a lot of time and headaches since it provides a great toolbox of functionality. If you are new to development, it might take a while to get used to though. I suppose that would be with any development tool though.
