Comment: I have used Sluggo for years and find it works very well. We have had a particularly bad infestation this summer so I have needed it more often. It was offered at a great price.

Comment: Very effective product and safe when pets and small children are around. I have over 60 varieties of hosta (107 plants) and this product has effectively protected them for the past three years.

Comment: I love this stuff. I know it works because the damage to my tomatoes, peppers, and other plants stops, and I see empty snail shells around. Unlike the toxic snail pellets/powder, this won't harm pets, wildlife, or people, so it's safe to use around fruits and vegetables.

Summary: The best stuff !
Comment: I discovered Sluggo about 8 years ago, when I purchased a 15 pound bag online. It cost me a little over $70.00, and it was worth every penny ! I just now had to reorder, and ordered this 2.5 pound shaker canister. I also have dogs, and, it is completely safe. I can't say this loud enough, I HATE SLUGS ! They are so gross ! Anyway, we really enjoy our yard, and the slugs made it just yucky. Well, sprinkle a little sluggo around, just before it rains (and, just before dark, so birds don't eat it... they think it's food, although, it doesn't seems to hurt them, but, you don't want to lose your Sluggo...lol), and, wait a few weeks later, and do it again... that's all you have to do ! We can go months and months and not see a slug ! When we do, we know it's time to sprinkle a little more around. Now we just have to treat the edges of our yard to keep slugs from coming in from other yards. Our yard is basically slug free. Sluggo really works.

Comment: Shake it from the container around bushes and in grass and snails are found dead within days. I trust it for use around our dog.
