I've tried them all and this is by far my favorite. It also has a healthy does of vitamins and minerals. It says it keeps you full for up to 5 hours, but I don't think so....at least not for me. They taste great! I have one every day as my mid-morning snack. I also carry some with me when I'm traveling, because my meal schedule often gets screwed up.
