It must do something because it hurts when I fully stretch with my legs straight and arms above my head. The stretch is relieved a little when I bend my knees. I think it is a good product, and I would recommend it for people with back problems. I have scolosis and some vertbrae out of alignment. I use it on the days I can't make it to the chiropractor office.
