Editorial Reviews: "Discover an excellent, 100% whole wheat bread that tastes like it came from the bakery--not the diet shop. We weren't willing to sacrifice great quality for dietary restrictions. We worked hard to make this bread just right. We used Splenda instead of sugar and the best whole grain flour we could buy. We reduced the carbs with wheat gluten and dairy milk. (We didn't get it so low that we could label it as ""low carb""--it has about 50% more carbs than similar servings of leading low carb breads.) The whole wheat made the bread low glycemic. But best of all, it was a bread that we enjoyed and one that was highly endorsed by our testers. We ate it with meals, for toast, for sandwiches, and even for French toast (it makes great French toast) and loved every slice. We think you and your family will too. Each package contains 2 mixes.
