Editorial Reviews:

A simple way to enjoy an exotic, full-flavored noodle soup. Your friends will wonder how you could possibly make something so good! Simply boil 3 cups water and cook chantaboon rice stick noodles for a few minutes until tender. Add 1 teaspoon pho paste, add sliced beef as desired, with bean sprouts and fresh cilantro. Delicious!

Summary: Disgusting
Comment: This is definitely the worst, most horrific imitation of pho I've ever had. If you have eaten and enjoyed a delicious bowl of pho in a restaurant, beware. This tastes nothing like what you're used to, or looking forward to. It stinks, and tastes overly salty and rancid, though I know it wasn't, because I bought another jar of it from a shop and it was just the same. If what you're looking for is a way to make pho at home, my suggestion is to either take the time to make the broth from scratch, or abandon the idea and go to a restaurant. This is absolutely not worth your time or money.

Summary: Great Soup
Comment: This takes the work out of making PHO. We do use about twice as much of the paste than the directions call for and let it steep a little longer. It is not quite as clear as some but the flavor is great. I really recommend this. This is one of my favorite products.
