Summary: The Where's Waldo of Mints
Comment: Thank god for the internet, as I have only seen these mints in one store while visiting Florida. Locally (Philly) I have yet to see these in any store, and believe me I've looked everywhere.
These are a great alternative to the overly powerful Peppermints, and the "Tastes too much like Big Red gum" cinnamon mints. These are strong, but you don't get the burning tongue sensation with the urge to spit it out. Of all the Altoid flavors, this is most enjoyable of the lot.
If you like spearmints but never had the chance to try these, I couldn't recommend them more. These are now my mints of choice over Polo Mints and another of my favorites, Foxes Mints. Now if we could just get stores to carry these maybe more people would learn how truly excellent they taste.

Comment: Why is there an option to review these? All I can say is that I'm addicted to them. They're $3 a tin in the store. This is, or was, a good deal.

Summary: Altoids--the quintessential mints
Comment: Spearmint Altoid mints REALLY do a fine job of making your breath fresh with their extra strong spearmint flavor. For some people these may taste a little too strong, perhaps; but I enjoy them very much.
Altoid mints are very low in calories, fat, sodium and more. The main effect, therefore, is simply to make your breath its very freshest. They come in that famous little tin that keeps them fresh until their expiration date.
Overall, I highly recommend Altoids as THE ultimate in breath mints. People who also simply love that strong spearmint taste will delight in these, too.

Comment: The local stores no longer stock the Spearmint flavor of the Altoids mints, so when I noticed the website on the tin can, I contacted the site and was directed to Amazon com., which led me to a resource for ordering a dozen cans. The package was sent promptly. I am a very satisfied customer.

Summary: Altoid flavors I can't find in local stores
Comment: I was slightly worried when ordering because all the pictures shown of the "pack of 12 tins" were actually pictures of a pack of 6 tins. But I trusted the words over the pictures and did receive packs of 12 tins (double what the photo shows).
I bought packs of 12 tins in four different flavors, because I've found Altoids taste better when they are a different flavor than whatever flavor Altoid I had last. Local stores have only the peppermint, which I like least. The Spearmint and Wintergreen are surprisingly different from each other and from peppermint. Spearmint is my favorite, closely followed by Cinnamon. I like the Liquorish primarily for being so different from other flavors.
Buying in bulk just saved a few cents vs. a local store price. I bought in bulk because the multiple flavors are available and the packaging keeps it fresh a lot longer than it takes for me to finish them.
