Customer Rating: Summary: This is a candy bar! Comment: This bar, along with most of the others I've seen on the shelves, is little better than a candy bar. Aside from the Soy Protein and some minor vitamins, it's mostly Corn Syrup. Eat one egg and half a Milky Way bar and you're about in the same boat.
Companies touting these bars as "Low Glycemic" and "Diet" bars are misleading the public. 24grams of carbs does not high-protein low carb diet food make. Customer Rating: Summary: Great stuff Comment: I've tried a lot of different "nutrition" and "energy" bars, and these are my favorites (along with a couple of other chocolate ZonePerfect bars like Double Chocolate and Chocolate Raspberry). Great taste, a nice texture (sort of like Nestle Crunch), and much more satisfying than candy bars. Almost as tasty as Girl Scout "Thin Mints", but not as fat- and guilt-inducing.
