Get the normal strips and Vicks separately is much more effective Customer Rating: Summary: That and Vicks on my chest keep me breathing freely with a really bad cold Comment: Breathe Right strips are great when you've got a cold and need to open up your nose to breathe. You can get a decent night's sleep and wake up with your head clear, which is a very good thing. They work almost as well as nose spray, but are not as addictive, which is a very good thing. Customer Rating: Summary: Works great! Comment: It helps open up my nasal passages and makes me breathe better. Releasing more refreshing vapors is just a matter of scratching your nose... Although not a cure for sleep apnea, it is a great assist for people, like me, who have not had success with a CPAP system. The strips are very easy to use. They do stay on the nose with no problem, which was my initial concern. Customer Rating: Summary: I no longer need to use Sudafed every night or morning. Comment: I figured this to be a fluke, but amazingly it has allowed me to stop taking Sudafed every night to go to bed and each morning when I wake up.
