Comment: Source Naturals Daily Essential Enzymes are are preferred choice. They work extremely well to help keep matter moving and digesting within us. What goes IN must dissolve/digest/distribute, and move OUT; without movement, stagnation of fat, cancerous materials, and other matter may dangerously settle.
After all, like our bodies, the universe consists of perpetual movement, and this product is firmly in tuned with its purpose.

Summary: Can't Live Without This Product
Comment: I was diagnosed with Celiac late in life and so have major damage to my small intestines. Before I found Essential Enzymes my body wasn't able to break down and absorb the nutrients in my food very well. But from the first day I used this product I could tell the difference. I usually take 2-3 pills before eating, depending on how hard the food item is to digest. If I forget, my intestines let me know. This product is the best. And through Amazon, it's very affordable.
