Customer Rating: Summary: Poor Quality Comment: My six year old daughter would have been heart broken if she couldn't have been Dorothy this Halloween that is the only reason the costume was not sent back. I know these things are produced as quickly as possible, but the company the costume came from should really pay attention to quality control. If anyone (who cared) had checked the costume before packaging, they should have tossed it and sent another. I will not order from them again. With all the sewing I had to do to repair the costume, I could have started from scratch. VERY disappointed. Customer Rating: Summary: Low quality costume tears within hours of putting it on. Comment: My daughters costume tore when she first tried it on, we sewed it and halfway thru trick-or-treating the hemline was torn and hanging down to her knee. Customer Rating: Summary: Not a Deluxe Comment: This dress was very cute, however it was poorly made. The straps were sown on all twisted and so we had to try and stitch them at the shoulders so they would seem straight. The shoulders at the seam were coming apart after only one hour of wear. Seveal of the seams at the arms and skirts were unraveling before putting on and had to be re-sewn. I had to put a lot of work into fixing the dress so she could wear it and at the price I paid should not have had too. We were pleased with it. Customer Rating: Summary: quality costume Comment: I was nervous ordering a costume online, but luckily I was not disappointed. The costume is made well and fits as sized. Many kids' costumes are not sized correctly, but this was. My daughter loves it and feels just like Dorothy! The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because the straps frequently fall down. But that is a very minor issue.
