Summary: This product works great for me!
Comment: I purchased this product somewhat skeptically. I use other nasal decongestants on rare occasion but would use them more if I weren't concerned about the likelihood of becoming physically dependent on them to keep my nasal passages open and clear. This product offered to do the same without side effects, burning, etc. and it all seemed too good to be true. I will say my first dose did burn -- quite a bit. But that was the only time it burned at all and it works amazingly well. I had almost forgotten how nice it can be to breath freely through my nose without struggling. Saline moistens my nasal passages, but it doesn't really open the airway or relieve the congestion. The night NasoClear works for at least 8 hours too. I love this product!
