Pik Stik lets you retrieve or put away items safely without undue stretching, bending and straining and come in varying lengths so one or more will be ideal for your needs. It is the perfect reacher for anyone with limited mobility, arthritis or simply in need of a longer reach.
Ease of use makes Pikstik outshine other grabbers available. With its unique pre-locking mechanism, you simply press down on the locking lever before grabbing your item and the jaws stay locked until you release them. This is so much easier then trying to grab and then lock. This reacher also has an easy to use rotating head so you can line up the jaws with the handle, or at a 90 degree angle. Comment: I was a little taken back when the carton arrived because it was HUGE! I'm sure they could have found a smaller box to ship it in. Anyway, I gave this product as a gift and the recipient LOVED it.

Comment: I purchased this product because the advertising suggested that it was a higher quality than most and it had the locking feature that I thought would help due to my arthritis - but I was disappointed with the gripping power - it does not maintain a good grip on heavier items such as food jars etc - most disappointing was the locking mechanism - it locks but does not unlock with out having to manually open the jaws - the levers on the handle intended to release the item held only worked a few times - now they do not. It is more trouble to return than it is worth it so I will find one in a store that I can actually test. Hopefully, my particular reacher was defective and others will not have the same problem.

Comment: PikStik Pro Alluminum Reacher 32 inch is just what I expected a quality light weight device! I was so happy I decided to buy two more but at 42 inches. Unfortunately, it was too long and hard to use! The 32 inch is ideal for the daily routine chores around the house. Especially when you have a new 50lb 6 months choc. labador.
