Comment: As with any weight loss plan, you have to incorporate a balanced diet with an exerise program. Hardcore will help you shed the pounds but don't expect it to happen just by taking them. Recommend you follow the dosage instructions to give your body a chance to adjust to them. Overall a good buy.

Comment: Seems to be working but isn't giving me energy will working out. Mostly because the caffeine levels was higher before i was taking this product. The product warning says not to add any other caffeine source.
Well this month i decided to add one 200mg of caffeine before work-out and I'm happier.
The overall is okay I've been loosing a average of 5lbs per week without changing my food intake/cardio...
