Summary: Delicious, sophisticated, sublime
Comment: I love this stuff. I love limes- I find it the flavor a bit more complex than orange or lemon- and they make a wonderful marmalade. This marmalade isn't bitter like orange marmalade is, and isn't as tart/sweet as a lemon curd would be. A great subtle flavor, and much more grown-up flavor than a berry jam. A wonderful indulgence on a Sunday morning, it practically begs for crumpets and champagne.

Roses Lime Marmalades is tart and sweet, but not too sweet. The flavor of lime shines through most of all.
