Comment: I've used the new battery for almost 2 months now and it seems to be holding its charge OK. But ... I use the phone until it needs a recharge and then it's out of commission for about 15 hours while it's recharging. This is what the phone manual recommends, so I really can't complain.

Summary: Bait and Switch with Mediocre Service
Comment: The vendor, eBatteries, is awful. Although I ordered Panasonic replacement batteries, the vendor shipped some off brand batteries, charged an exhorbitant amount for shipping (150 percent of the cost of the batteries), blamed Amazon for setting the shipping cost while Amazon blamed the vendor. Neither eBatteries nor Amazon provided any satisfaction through their respective customer service operations, and, as a result, I will no longer use Amazon or any of its affiliates. This was just the worst buying experience I have ever had to endure.
