Summary: It's okay
Comment: I thought that this would be a lot better, it isn't bad, just not great. It takes a full 4 minutes to heat, and truly does not stay HOT long enough. I'm constantly running back to the microwave to heat it up. While it's hot, it's terrific (but that's about 20 minutes, MAYBE a half an hour). It helped a friend's dad who had knee trouble, also for him, didn't stay hot long enough, but it was helpful.
I now use it in the winter to keep my feet warm when I first go to bed. I no longer use the electric heating blanket (which never really got my FEET warm enough). Everyone else in my house likes it cold, so I really suffer from not even being able to sleep sometimes, I feel so cold (but I hate socks on my feet!). So now, I wrap this warmed blanket around my feet and fall fast asleep, and somewhere in the middle of night, I've kicked it to the floor.

Comment: I love this product! My husband and I both have used this for our backs. It works great! It also can be used for any part of the body. I don't care to use a heating pad so this is a great alternative. I highly recommend this product.

Comment: I have chronic back pain that cripples. My doc sent me for rehab. Got online and picked out this heating pad. Used the pad as soon as I got it. Now I'm laying with it everyday. First I put it in the microwave for a bit over 2min and it's only warm until I put it on my back. It's then I fidget until it cools just a little. The heat lasts for almost an hour and is very comfortable to lay against, if you can, I can't too restless.
