Summary: Satisfied inside and out!...
Comment: I can't say enough about this product. I'd been looking for - okay, let's try to put this delicately - something to help me with regularity, but something natural; a friend introduced me to this product and this brand about a year ago and I've been buying it ever since. A spoonful of the psyllium husks 2 or 3 times a day is so easy to incorporate into the daily diet, that you don't have to think about it. It's also tasteless so it can be added into yogurt, soy milk, cereals, anything you can think of. The two most important things for me were that it was natural and that it helped my system digest things with regularity. As it's something that occurs to people either with age or because of genetics, (for me both, although I haven't yet reached my 50s), a product that's natural and very effective is a blessing! We eat enough preservatives every day. It's nice to have something that simply does what it promises to do in a completely natural manner!
