I thought it was very easy to use (I don't normally use a lot of powder) and it made my face brighten up without looking shiny. It helped tone down the redness of my cheeks and my whole face looked more even as a result. I liked hers so much I ordered several for myself! The powder is in the bottom half of the packaging; there is a little brush that stores neatly in the top half- perfect!
